About the artist
Marie DeCosimo, born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area, has been painting most of her life. At a very young age, Marie was drawn into the world of art and knew she was born to create. She found herself daydreaming through class while her mind craved the beauty of the world around us. She is passionate about bringing visualizations from her mind to life; creating paintings that reflect her ultimate love of life and the stories she has encountered along the way.
For many years, Marie has been a member of the Association of Canadian Television & Radio Artists (ACTRA); has been featured in numerous promotional advertisements; and, was recognized for her creativity by the Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD).
Marie hopes that the warmth and glowing nature of her work inspires a relaxing message of peace, love and happiness in your home.
